Full-time Receptionist Role

Move Physio is a leading Physiotherapist clinic based in the heart of Twickenham and we’re looking for a friendly, talented, and passionate Receptionist to join our front-of-house team.
The role of the Receptionist will be to assist the reception manager by taking on all day-to-day reception duties and maintaining a high standard of customer service throughout the clinic. The Receptionist will also be expected to have a thorough understanding of the products and services we offer and will use this knowledge to deliver an exceptional experience to our clients.

- Looking for a permanent, full-time opportunity i.e., 40 hours per week which is based on an alternating shift pattern.

A typical day would include:
- Opening and closing the clinic
- Greeting clients
- Answering the telephone and responding to emails/enquiries
- Managing appointments through our online booking systems
- Taking client payments
- Taking responsibility for the organisation and cleanliness of the clinic
- Liaising with other team members and other external healthcare professionals to support the ongoing health, wellbeing, and recovery of our clients
- Managing social media accounts (training will be provided)
- Potential business development and marketing projects
- Assessing SEO (training will be provided)

Full-time Physiotherapist Role
At Move Physio, we’re looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated Physiotherapist to join the team at Twickenham on a full-time basis.
We have a modern central Twickenham clinic with five treatment rooms, a pilates studio and gym. Twickenham is a 22-minute train ride from London Waterloo and next to Richmond, which has the District and Overground lines.
In this role, you will see a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, from sports to health-related injuries.
This opportunity will suit you if you’re:

Primary Responsibilities:
- diagnose, assess and treat clients physical problem/condition
- work with clients who have a range of conditions and develop physical efficiency to prevent re-occurrence or improve performance
- educate clients about how to prevent and improve their condition through lifestyle choices
- liaise with other healthcare professionals, PT’s and exercise instructors to update them with the progress of clients
- keep up to date with new techniques and technologies available for treating clients
- complete peer reviews and treatment pathways to help develop your clinical decision making and exercise choice
- be caring and compassionate at all times

Sports Rehab/Therapist Role
Move Physio is a leading Physiotherapist clinic based in the heart of Twickenham and we’re looking for a dynamic, talented, passionate Sports Rehabilitator/Therapist to join our team.
This opportunity will suit you if you:
- Are passionate about health and fitness
- Hold a qualification in Sports Rehabilitation or Sports Therapy
- Are looking for a permanent, full-time opportunity i.e. 40 hours per week within a flexible work pattern
- Are someone who loves to lead by example and genuinely cares about the client experience
- Are able to communicate effectively with people from a range of backgrounds
- Have good team working skills
- Have experience of Pilates teaching or Personal Training
A typical day would include:
- Undertaking training to improve your skills
- Seeing patient for massage, clinical personal training, running technique analysis and coaching
- Liaising with patient list
- Undertaking peer reviews
