Business as usual

Our clinic is open for all services.

We have COVID-19 policies in place to ensure that our clinic is the safest environment in Twickenham.

In response to COVID-19 we have adopted the following practices to help mitigate the risks:

Social distancing – we have a 5 minute space between every appointment to reduce the number of people in the clinic at any time.
Our therapists wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as recommended by Public Health England.
Hand sanitiser dispenser pumps are available throughout our clinic.
In addition to our usual cleaning routines, all equipment and surfaces are disinfected at regular intervals throughout the day using hospital-grade sanitiser.
As per standard practice, our therapists clean and disinfect their hands before and after all interactions with our clients.

To help mitigate the risk of infection we ask you to:

Wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds and/or sanitise your hands when entering and leaving the clinic.
We follow government guidelines and encourage you to wear a face mask in communal areas although this is your choice.
Where possible, respect social distancing.
If you are unwell, please cancel your appointment and stay at home.

We are delighted to offer fully interactive virtual Physiotherapy and Pilates experiences for our clients.

This is great for clients who are self isolating or those who would prefer not to visit our clinic.
