Full-time Receptionist Role

Move Physio is a leading Physiotherapist clinic based in the heart of Twickenham and we’re looking for a friendly, talented, and passionate Receptionist to join our front-of-house team.

The role of the Receptionist will be to assist the reception manager by taking on all day-to-day reception duties and maintaining a high standard of customer service throughout the clinic. The Receptionist will also be expected to have a thorough understanding of the products and services we offer and will use this knowledge to deliver an exceptional experience to our clients.

• Looking for a permanent, full-time opportunity i.e., 40 hours per week which is based on an alternating shift pattern.
• Keen to be part of a team of 4 receptionists and a wider team of 14, where the role is varied, sociable, and flexible
• Able to command excellent use of the English language
• Computer literate and social media savvy

A typical day would include:

• Opening and closing the clinic
• Greeting clients
• Answering the telephone and responding to emails/enquiries
• Managing appointments through our online booking systems
• Taking client payments
• Taking responsibility for the organisation and cleanliness of the clinic
• Liaising with other team members and other external healthcare professionals to support the ongoing health, wellbeing, and recovery of our clients
• Managing social media accounts (training will be provided)
• Potential business development and marketing projects
• Assessing SEO (training will be provided)
