Kevin Murray

Senior Physiotherapist, Personal Trainer & Pilates Instructor

Kevin is a passionate physiotherapist who graduated from Brunel University in 2022 after completing his Masters in Physiotherapy. He has worked previously in NHS setting in which has experience treating a wide range of complex cases ranging from young to old, hospital to the outpatient setting.

Kevin has a varied sporting background from competing internationally in swimming and surf-lifesaving to playing rugby during his university days in Ireland. Given his competitive sporting endeavours, Kevin has had a wide variety of injuries meaning that he has worked closely with physiotherapists throughout his life. This means he can personally relate to living with and recovering from an injury.

Kevin’s mission is simple yet profound: to guide individuals back to the rhythm of life, whether it’s resuming sports-specific activities or tackling everyday tasks with ease. Drawing from his own experiences, he offers invaluable insights and a tailored rehabilitation roadmap aimed at not just recovery, but resilience. Kevin uses a combination of manual techniques, injury rehabilitation, movement analysis and retraining to achieve this.

Outside the clinic, Kevin enjoys partaking in triathlons and had a blast previously at the London Duathlon in Richmond. During the week he tries to keep up with his run/swim/cycle training and also regularly attends the gym to keep up with his strength and conditioning routine……he is all about practising what he preaches! Kevin loves music and plays guitar but it costs extra for that to happen in your sessions 😊

Some interesting insights from Kevin

My personal experiences with previous injury/illness and interactions with past healthcare professionals have inspired me to persue healthcare. I want to ensure clients receive top level; patient centred approached to achieve their end goal. I know the importance that a supportive clinician can have on somebody’s injury journey. For me, it is my goal to make this journey meaningful, encouraging, and educational.

It is most rewarding when you get to see patients reaching their end goal.
