Running Technique

We provide a range of packages, varying in the number of sessions:

The “Introduction” package includes 6 x 45 minute sessions. These sessions focus on teaching you a new running style supplemented with a running-specific strength programme. This style will be adapted to your requirements and goals.

The “Complete” package includes 12 x 45 minute sessions. These sessions are geared towards increasing your confidence at holding your new running style on longer runs and maximising your training effects to achieve your goals.
