We are with you all the way!
During the virtual session, we will devise an exercise programme for you to follow between appointments.
Depending on what type of learner you are, you can play the video of the exercise or read the description to remind you of the technique. Use the in-built timer and tracker to rate the exercises and difficulty/pain levels.
You, and your physiotherapist, can review your progress at any point to ensure that you are on track to make a full recovery.
How can I treat myself without being in the clinic?
Treatment involves a range of techniques with the aim to improve flexibility, strength and control. These areas will need to be addressed to become pain-free.
We can effectively do this through exercising, stretching and using rollers (you might need to dust it off!). Our exercise software helps you with this process.
How do you assess me effectively via video consultation?
Online Physiotherapy is similar to being in our clinic. We establish a diagnosis by asking questions and carefully interpreting your answers.
Then we analyse the way you move to confirm whether our diagnosis is correct and start to create a rehabilitation plan to get you pain-free once again.
Following the government’s announcement regarding COVID-19, we wanted to inform you on how the new lockdown measures will affect Move Physio.
As referenced in Boris Johnson’s speech, it is important that the public continue to have access to medical care during this new lockdown period. As a result, Move Physio will remain OPEN for all Physiotherapy services.
We will also continue to offer Clinical Pilates. Individual and 2-1* Clinical Pilates courses will continue to be face-to-face. However, all mixed group classes will switch from face-to-face delivery to virtual instead.
Currently, no Massage services will be provided.
