Initial Assessment
We have a range of female and male personal trainers. They all have medical degrees and have specialities in pre and post natal, injury rehabilitation and sports performance.

Do not worry if you are carrying a few niggles or have a previous injry history, our Personal Trainers have the knowledge to train you without creating any flare-ups and will probably get them better during your sessions.
