Biography
Emily is a warm, approachable physiotherapist with a passion for helping people move better, feel stronger, and live life to the full by maximising what their bodies can do (even if you didn’t know your body could do it)!
Emily has moved from a specialist musculoskeletal physiotherapist role in the NHS, where she has helped patients recover from a wide range of issues including:
- Post-operative rehab
- Sporting injuries
- Complex, chronic/persistent pain
- Everyday aches and niggles that just won’t resolve!
As a trained Pilates instructor, Emily brings expert insight into movement, control, and rehabilitation. This additional layer of training means she doesn’t just treat pain—she tackles the root cause, helping you move forward with confidence.
Emily has a particular interest in horse-riding and running-related injuries and draws on these personal experiences to inspire and help you stay active and injury-free. Known for her friendly, down-to-earth style, she takes time to listen and tailors every treatment to your goals.
When she’s not in the clinic, you might spot her running along the river path or heading out to the countryside for a catch-up (and a great coffee!) with friends and family.
