Jessica Vernon
Biography
Jessica Vernon is a Physiotherapist with five years of experience having worked in the NHS and in private practices in both the UK and Australia. She enjoys helping people understand what’s going on with their injury and, most importantly, getting them back to the things they enjoy. Jessica has a particular interest in shoulder problems, acute neck pain and sports injuries, and uses a mix of hands-on treatment, exercise, dry needling and shockwave therapy to help her patients get moving confidently again.
She loves a challenge and to help with problem-solving, taking the time to understand the bigger picture to make things work around you. Outside the clinic, Jessica is a keen runner who loves being outdoors, travelling, exploring new places and trying new things. She’s always interested in hearing what her patients get up to outside the clinic — especially if it involves learning about a sport, hobby or activity she hasn’t tried yet!
