Nicola Nimon
Biography
Hi I’m Nicola, I’m a Pelvic Health Physiotherapist dedicated to helping women feel confident, informed and supported through every stage of life.
Originally from Australia and now based in London, I hold a Master of Physiotherapy and have specialised in pelvic health across both private practice and the NHS. I work with women experiencing a wide range of pelvic health concerns, including bladder and bowel symptoms, pelvic organ prolapse, pelvic pain, pregnancy-related conditions, postnatal recovery and rehabilitation following gynaecological surgery.
I believe every woman deserves to feel listened to and understood. Pelvic health concerns can have a significant impact on daily life, but they’re also incredibly common and you don’t have to manage them alone. My aim is to create a welcoming, respectful space where you feel comfortable discussing your symptoms and confident in your treatment plan.
My approach combines the latest evidence with hands on physiotherapy, education and personalised exercise rehabilitation. As a certified Pilates instructor, I also integrate movement-based therapy to help you restore strength, improve function and return to the activities you love with confidence.
I’m passionate about empowering women with the knowledge and tools to better understand their bodies. Whether you’re preparing for birth, recovering after having a baby, navigating menopause, managing pelvic floor symptoms or returning to exercise, I’m here to provide compassionate, evidence-based care that’s tailored to your individual goals.
I look forward to supporting you on your journey to feeling stronger, healthier and more confident.
