I have been attending Move Physio for a few months, initially for physio with Lucy in relation to a knee injury, and then for Pilates (an assessment, then 3 x one to one sessions, and now classes twice a week). Lucy is an excellent physio and I couldn’t rate her more highly in terms of her expertise, knowledge, treatment methods and approach. And she is lovely as well!
The Pilates sessions have been amazing and have been so good for my CrossFit training (which has improved considerable since I started doing them) and general mobility and well being. The space is also lovely and very welcoming, and with a maximum of four in a class there is so much individual attention.

Great physio practice, from the lovely reception staff through to the very knowledgeable and professional practitioners. I've been seeing  Lucy for rehab following a neck injury and not only did each session make a noticeable difference, but the detailed exercises she gave me are really helping me get back to full fitness, and beyond (I hope!) Each exercise emailed with instructions and examples so I know I'm doing them correctly.

Outstanding physiotherapy, I tried another one previously but got nowhere with my injuries, I wouldn't bother going anywhere but here again! Lize created a totally tailored program which fixed my issues and now I'm back running long distances which I didn't think was possible - so thank you Lize! I had an ACDF surgery back in May this year. Patrick has been essential in facilitating my recovery though a combination of treatment, strength building and advice, helping me get back to being pain-free after over 2 years issues. I'm now back to running and lifting weights again just 5 months after the neck fusion surgery and I could not be more delighted with my progress. These guys have been brilliant.  Having a bad ankle injury and prolonged problems, surgery was then followed by rigorous physio over months. I did as directed and, whilst before I feared I would not be able to play my favourite sports again, I am now back running, playing squash, cricket, golf ,etc. From Patrick to Arran and team, many thanks.  Also, and not forgetting, the wonderful front office team, including, amongst others, Paula.  Always friendly and encouraging, efficient and responsive Paula and the front office set the tone for a professional, helpful, thoroughly positive experience.  Thank you everyone. I injured my right leg over summer, I was really struggling and thought it was my meniscus and that I had put myself out of running in the Half Parks. I booked in to see Mike Delbridge at Move Physio and I’m so glad I did, the massage and strengthening exercises got me up and running again after the first treatment.I had a few treatments and can honestly say that without this treatment and advice I wouldn’t have been able to run let alone complete the half marathon in 2h 20min !Very knowledgeable advice and just all round great service and a friendly atmosphere, highly recommend !

I've been to Move for various injuries/niggles over the past few years. The entire Move team & and specifically Lize who treated me - have been excellent. They not only help to heal the injury, but also educate you on underlying causes and how to fix faulty movement patterns or inflexibility that lead to the issues. I have been attending move physio for nearly three years. I am a wheelchair user and move have been exceptional at catering to my needs. Specifically, Emer who has helped to improve my mobility. On top of the thorough and incredible deep tissue massage I got from Emer, her knowledge, ability to assess and provide additional exercises for specific forgotten muscles were the main reason for fixing my posture. Emer perfectly represents the whole staff’s comrade and communication to where you feel like a regular even though it’s your first time! Thanks so much Emer and the team at Move !
