Mummy MOT® at Move Physio
Whether you’ve just had your baby or it’s been months (or even years), a Mummy MOT® is a vital postnatal check-up that goes far beyond the six-week GP check. Our women’s health specialists take the time to assess how your body is really recovering, focusing on your pelvic floor, core, posture, and overall function.
