Get involved with our small group PT classes near you in Twickenham

Sign up to our small group PT classes in our Twickenham studio. Our in-house personal trainers will coach you on the correct technique and form to exercise effectively and safely. These classes have a maximum of 4 people allowing the personal trainers to provide you with consistent feedback to make you feel like you are in a 1-2-1 session.

PERSONAL TRAINING CLASSES

Our personal trainers have medical degrees and are trained to treat your injuries, prevent reoccurrence and enhance your overall fitness and wellbeing!

 

Our group sessions are a motivating and we will educate you on HOW to exercise with good technique. Our class participant age tends to be above 40 years old but all ages are welcome!

How do I sign up?

Before joining the class, you’ll need to have a 1-2-1 initial assessment session. Your personal trainer will assess your strengths and weaknesses to identify areas that may require some improvements.

 

This assessment will include:

  • A review of your previous training and injury history
  • An observation of movements aiming to identify any joint restrictions, muscle weakness or overactivity
  • A functional fitness test to help set appropriate goals
  • Training you to complete certain exercises with safe technique.

What's included?

  • Activation: To warm up the muscles and the brain for activity.
  • Warm Up: To raise the heart rate and improve starting range of motion.
  • Strength: To improve muscle function and control around joints
  • HITT: To target the aerobic systems and improve fitness
  • Cool Down: To slowly reduce the heart rate and to bring the body back to a state of rest.

OUR Personal Training TIMETABLE

We offer classes from 7.30 am to 8.30 pm, which ensures that we have a class to fit your schedule whatever the time of day. You will need to book your Pilates Assessment before you can join a class so that we can teach you the basics.
