Clinical Pilates

Instructors with extensive experience, and a deep understanding of advanced techniques and modifications including women’s health, pre & postnatal and neurological conditions.
Standard:
Instructors with medical and movement degrees with significant experience in prescribing exercises aimed at improving flexibility, core strength, and overall well-being. All staff undergo a minimum of 4 hours training every week.

Director:
A comprehensive evaluation of previous injuries, strength and flexibility levels, followed by a mini circuit. Combining 20 years of experience and expert techniques to tailor a program precisely to your goals and abilities.
Specialist:
Depending on the specialist they have extensive experience in addressing chronic
conditions, women’s health issues and neurological conditions such as Parkinsons and MND.
This is the perfect option if you require somebody who has specialist experience in these areas on top of years of exercise and movement training to the highest level. These are no ordinary Personal Training sessions!
Standard:
Based on the information gathered in the assessment, the team will design a customised training program to drive you towards your goals. They have an extensive background of the body and a variety of exercises to make sure the sessions are varied and effective. The sessions will involve a mixture of strength, cardio and/or sports-specific work depending on what your goals are.
