- Personal Trainers Based on the information gathered in the assessment, the team will design a customised training program to drive you towards your goals. They have an extensive background of the body and a variety of exercises to make sure the sessions are varied and effective. The Sessions will involve a mixture of strength, cardio and/or sports-specific work depending on what your goals are.
- Specialist Personal Trainers Depending on the specialist they have extensive experience in addressing chronic conditions, women’s health issues and neurological conditions such as Parkinsons and Motor Neurone Disease. This is the perfect option if you require somebody who has specialist experience in these areas on top of years of exercise and movement training to the highest level. These are no ordinary Personal Training sessions.
- Director-Level Training Looking for an extra edge? Our director-level trainers bring over 15 years of experience, including work with elite athletes and Olympians.
