Biography
Alex’s passion for movement and anatomy led her to complete a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy and pursue a career in personalised rehabilitation.

She has experience working across a wide range of inpatient and outpatient NHS settings, which has given her a strong, well-rounded clinical foundation. This allows her to take a holistic approach when working with clients.
Alex has also worked in sports settings, where her role included sports rehabilitation, return-to-play assessments, and acute injury triage.

She holds a Bachelor of Science from Cardiff University, alongside qualifications in APPI Level 1 Pilates, Level 3 Sports Massage, sports taping, and 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training certified by Yoga Alliance. She regularly engages in professional development to ensure her treatment remains evidence-based and up to date.
Outside of work, Alex loves movement. She enjoys CrossFit, running, climbing, travelling, spending time outdoors, and pottery as a creative outlet.
