Who We Help
Everyone’s Health
You don’t need to be injured, sporty or in pain to benefit from what we do. Taking a proactive approach to our health and well-being is a great way to ensure we feel good throughout our lifetime.
Unfortunately, a lot of work these days involves being sat at a desk. So, we’ll often see people who are looking to inject some movement into their lives to stave off those annoying aches and stiffness we feel at the end of a long day. Equally, you may be a new parent that’s struggling to get a routine in place that helps you look after yourself as well as your little one. Other times, we’re coming back from an illness, surgery, or a period of high stress, and we just feel like we need a little bit of guidance getting our mental and physical health back on track. Whatever it is, our team members are all experts on how the body works, so talking to them can help you get a plan in place to feel more like yourself again.
If you’re perhaps noticing that your body doesn’t “bounce back” the same way it used to, or you’re not as mobile as you once were, or you’re just keen to stay as active as you can be, our team is there to support you through it. Just because everyone you speak to at work has an achy neck or back, it doesn’t mean you have to put up with it too!
There are plenty of options when it comes to feeling confident in your body and health:
- Physiotherapy, which can be useful for identifying what the underlying problem is, and therefore where your solution lies. Whether that’s in more passive treatment such as massage, or more proactive options like strengthening your muscles.
- Mat or reformer Pilates, both of which are great options for long-term core, posture and joint support due to their more low-impact nature.
- Stretchology, which can be a good option if you feel you’ve lost flexibility or mobility that you once had, or are looking for short term relief from muscle tension.
- Personal training, which can be tailored to you. Whether you have a level you’re looking at returning to, or it’s your first time lifting a weight we can create a plan to help move more and feel good about it.
- Sports massage, for general maintenance of tight muscles or as a way to relieve stress.
We don’t have to wait for there to be a problem with our body to start looking after it, and the steps we take don’t need to be extreme. Consistency is better than jumping head first into a schedule we might not be able to sustain. That’s where we step in: to support you through your journey to moving well and feeling good in your body.
