Sciatica
Sciatica can make even the simplest tasks unbearable. If you’ve experienced it, you know it’s more than just back pain – it’s a constant, often exhausting discomfort that can stop you in your tracks.
We’ve helped thousands of people with sciatica. First, we identify what’s causing the nerve irritation. Then we create a plan to improve mobility, strength, and control in the right areas so you can get back to living without that constant pain.
It can be aggravated by:
- Walking
- Bending forward
- Sitting or driving
- Coughing or sneezing
Common symptoms include:
- Pain in the lower back, buttock, thigh, calf, or foot
- Sharp, burning, or electric-shock pain
- Pins and needles or numbness in the leg
Pregnancy can also trigger it due to pelvic pressure on the sciatic nerve.
Seek urgent care if you notice foot drop, leg weakness, or bowel/bladder changes.
