Pregnancy MOT â Expert Support for Your Changing Body
Pregnancy MOT
What is Pregnancy MOT?
A Pregnancy MOT is a detailed, specialist assessment that can be completed at any stage of pregnancy, most commonly during the second or third trimester.
Â
You donât need to be experiencing pain or symptoms to benefit. During your appointment, weâll discuss common pregnancy-related changes, safe exercise guidance during pregnancy and after birth, ways to prepare your body for labour, and how to reduce the risk of birth-related injuries. Weâll also talk through what to expect in the early postnatal period, often referred to as the âfourth trimester.â
