Feel confident, supported, and safe in every class
Do you ever hold back in classes because youâre worried about getting injured â or unsure if youâre doing the exercises correctly?
Have you left a class wondering whether it actually helped⌠or made things worse?
Returning to exercise after an injury and not sure where to start?
If group classes feel overwhelming, rushed, or not designed for you, youâre not alone.
This is exactly why we do things differently
Before joining any of our classes, everyone completes an initial assessment.
This allows us to teach you correct technique, understand your body, and make sure you can exercise safely and effectively from day one.
We take it one step further by limiting class sizes to a maximum of four people, so exercises can be adapted in real time and you never feel lost in the room.
All of our trainers have medical degrees and are highly trained in Pilates, with years of clinical and teaching experience.
Weâre the ideal choice if you:
- Still have aches or pains
- Are recovering from an injury
- Lack confidence with exercise
- Want expert guidance in a calm, supportive environment
How it works
1. Initial assessment
To keep our classes safe and effective, everyone completes an assessment â whether youâre brand new to exercise or highly experienced.
Your assessment is tailored to the class youâre interested in (Personal Training, Reformer Pilates, or Mat Pilates) and looks at:
- Injury history
- Movement quality
- Strength and control
- Exercise Technique – Anyone can exercise; we coach precise technique to optimise results and minimise injury risk.
2. Clear next steps
If your practitioner feels youâre ready, youâll be signed off to join classes straight away.
If youâd benefit from a little more support â perhaps with technique, strength, or confidence â we may recommend a course of 1:1 sessions first. This ensures you build strong foundations and feel fully prepared before joining group classes.
Our aim is simple
To help you exercise safely and confidently, target the right muscles in the right way, and feel the benefits well beyond the studio.
