    My husband and I had been using the Physio services at Move and about 2 years ago started Pilates to help prevent further issues, particularly after months of working from home during Covid.
    In October 2021 we added weekly clinical PT
    … More and have been really pleased with the outcome. I have already started to see results and have knocked a full minute per km off my running pace. The only change has been the improvement in fitness and strength achieved through the PT sessions. We have just increased to 2 PT sessions per week to add to our weekly Pilates sessions. As a 44 year old female I really feel I am building overall strength that will prevent injury and other problems as I get older. I am still working towards being able to do a full push up but am confident of achieving this goal (for the first time in my life) in the near future. :0)
    The whole team at Move are friendly and encouraging. They adapt exercises to take account of any issues and really focus on good technique. They push to stretch you but not over face you, and they celebrate achievement with you. Everything you need to help you reach your goals. Highly recommend.

    Just posting an update to the review I’d previously left below, this time to comment on the clinical personal training classes. My wife and I had started 2:1 PT classes with Sam a few months ago and have already great progress to our fitness … More with just one class per week. We’ve now joined the group classes (max class size 4) and have just started twice a week. We’ve both been hugely impressed with the quality of the classes. Sam and Emer (like everyone at Move Physio) are both very knowledgeable and super-friendly. The ‘clinical’ bit comes with the adjustments they make for any individual issues you might have. I have a shoulder problem at the moment but that doesn’t stop me training twice a week and in fact some adjustments are made to supplement my physio treatment and rehab exercises on my shoulder - everything is perfectly joined up at Move.
    Despite the friendliness of the coaches, the classes are still hard work and designed to get the most out of you. Every week is different so you don’t get bored and you are always challenged. I cannot recommend the PT classes enough.

    Patrick has been my physiotherapist for a few years now and has helped me with calf strains, ITB issues, medial collateral ligament strains and shin splints related to football, cycling and running.
    He is clearly very strong on technical skill and has helped to not just help the recovery from injuries but also to prescribe stretches and exercises to prevent them going forward.
    He’s also a genuinely nice, friendly professional, who puts you completely at ease, and even holds back on the judgement when you both know that you haven’t been doing enough of your exercises!
    Really pleased to see him setting up in Twickenham as well. My inability to hang up my football boots means it’s only a matter of time before I’ll be back in to see him.
