Bal graduated with a BSc in Sport Rehabilitation from St Mary’s University and an MSc in Physiotherapy from King’s College London. His diverse experience spans working within the NHS and with basketball and football clubs at levels ranging from grassroots to semi-professional sports. This blend of public and private care has equipped Bal with extensive knowledge and experience working with a wide range of patient populations, making him an ideal solution for you and any injury you may have.

Bal’s dedication to helping others shines through his charity work with amputees in India, where he helped individuals improve their function and regain confidence. He has also volunteered for numerous London Moon Walks and London Marathons, assisting runners with their physiotherapy needs.

Outside the clinic, Bal is an avid Bhangra dancer who has competed in several semi-professional and professional UK competitions, winning several of them. If you need proof of his skills, just ask, but be sure to give him some space to show off his moves!
