Lucy Burnell

Lucy graduated in 2013 with a BSc Hons in Physiotherapy from the University of Liverpool. Since then, she has worked as a Senior Physiotherapist in the NHS and within the private sector.

Currently, Lucy splits her time working as a Senior Physiotherapist at Move Physio and as a Specialist Pelvic Health Physiotherapist in the NHS. With a wide range of clinical skills, Lucy has achieved her matwork instructor Pilates qualification with APPI and has completed specific pelvic health physiotherapy training with
both the Mummy MOT and the POGP. This training has equipped her to treat female urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, and ante and postnatal-related issues. Lucy is also passionate about treating a variety of musculoskeletal conditions, including upper limb, lower limb, spinal, and postoperative rehabilitation.

Overall, Lucy is committed to the health and well-being of her patients and enjoys utilising her skills to improve their quality of life. Keeping fit and healthy is very important to Lucy, and she enjoys going to the gym, running, and practising what she preaches with regular Pilates!
