Luke Campion

Physiotherapist, Personal Trainer & Pilates Instructor

Having graduated with a BSc in Athletic and Rehabilitation Therapy from Athlone I.T. in Ireland and an MSc in Physiotherapy from Brunel University London, Luke has gained a variety of experience in the sports setting, the NHS, and the private sector. He has worked with a variety of patients, which has helped mold Luke into the therapist he is today.

Luke has an extensive sporting background that includes football, hockey, and athletics. Luke played goalkeeper in hockey at the provincial level and competed at the provincial and national levels in running, with his favourite race being the 800m. Due to his sporting background, Luke has endured and witnessed countless injuries over the years, which has guided him toward becoming a physiotherapist. He is an empathetic individual who only wants the best for his clients, but that does not mean there won’t be some tough love along the way!

Nowadays, you will find Luke in the gym working on his goals, focusing on strength, plyometrics, explosiveness, and maintaining his cardio baseline through a variety of weekly runs. His rehabilitation approach includes a mixture of exercise-focused rehabilitation and manual handling work, including massage, trigger point therapy, and joint mobilizations. He aims to build you a rehabilitation program that helps you not only become pain-free but also a better overall mover through his in-depth biomechanical analysis.

Aside from physio and fitness, Luke has a musical background. He is a former musical theatre kid who will try to see as many of the musicals London has to offer, just don’t ask him to sing for you! He also enjoys daily walks with his dog in Clapham Common Park, which helps him unwind from his busy daily schedule.
